Problem with enterprise screen world maps (White Giant)

I Have noticed and mentioned that we have to pay to leave c3's now and so have a few other players. In checking into why, I have found that the screen that our ceo companies play from is not updating the countries on the world map. Every time I go to relocate a corp it says I have to pay, so I go to that country via that ceo map and it is a simcountry, but when I check that country from my player country map some of them are player countries. This is very very confusing and I do not want to leave a players country due to a map problem.

One example is a country I just left that registered as a simcountry from my ceo map has been a player country for 9+ game years looking at it from my player country map!

Please help fix this issue since it may cause hard feelings between players when that was not intended.

This is not just a map issue. Every time you move from a c3 you are charged.

This is becoming a real pain and will there be a refund of the money we've been charged?
