Game level requirement changes

Hi Andy,

If the rules have been relaxed a bit (financial, number of countries) as stated in the updates, then why are four countries, instead of three, now required for level nine? Is this a mistake? It would have been good to know in advance if the number did increase.

It could be that some requirements have been increased and some others decreased.

the higher levels are now a little easier.
other levels may have some advantages and some increased requirements.

most of the changes however, are reductions.
