Missing Robotics stock in new corporations

Wasn't there a certain amount of stock each new corporation get when it's built? We have some corporations in our leader country Unimatrix001 on WG that seem to have no robotics in their initial stock.

I am sorry this was not answered before.

A corporation begins with a certain amount of all the raw materials it uses.

A new corporation, not upgraded yet, does not use any robotics products.

When you start upgrading it, it starts using robotics and starts purchasing the product.
