No cash received for GC (Golden Rainbow)

I cashed a GC, the transaction shows on My Account as a transaction on April 27, credited to my enterprise, but the cash didn't appear on my financial report. I checked my finacial reports for my Enterprise and my two countries. I know we changed year but I'v been looking for three days. I sent an e-mail to gamemaster.com, but I got no response. How do I take care of this?

looking at Mullin Inc's graph of cash available and enterprise debt graph should show you last January is when and where the transaction took place.

Thanks for mentioning the graphs. They don't show a bump for January. The tables in the financial screen show YTD receipts and have a special row for GC's. There's nothing there.

This is holding me up from my enterprise development as I was wanting to switch some of my large corps to Ent and do an IPO.

I just looked and there was a clear jump, about 12 or 14 months ago.
April 27 it was and 3 days in GR is 12 months.

cash went from -670 to close to zero.

YTD may be zero. It was January of the previous year.
