Problem with my fleet...

Before I only had one fleet command center with one supply ship active. Then suddenly I got 14000 Navy missile interceptor batteries and 14000 Destroyers active? Where did they come from???

Also, when I go to Army/Military Units/Navy Units, it tells me, that I have no fleet???
