Investment fund message error

An Investment Fund is not allowed to buy shares if it than owns more than 40.00% of the shares.

Correct would be 4.00% of the shares.

40% is technically correct, although it is possible for investment funds to own a higher percentage

4% is the maximum amount that an IF can order in one transaction.

We have today relaxed some of the limitations on the share market.

Reverse splits will be more frequent and every share under the value of SC$ 10 will undergo a reverse split of 2 to 1. (up from share value of SC$ 2).

Forward share splitting remains at value > SC$ 100.
