Good question. Luckily, after months of intense research I am able to present the following "game bug" guidelines.
Your Action Result
1-2 emails: Immediately Ignored
3-4 emails: General response, not related to the problem
5-6 emails: Specific response with problem corrected OR ignored and you are now Blacklisted as annoying for all-time (I estimate a 50-50 shot)
* Note: Forum posts are not listed, because they are meaningless, unless John R. reads them. In which case he would e-mail the Gamemaster (see above guidelines).
