LU Map Bug (Little Upsilon)

Going to the Melana Sud region of Centura Donna on LU shows perfectly normal and correctly hatchured countries. Except for CG 3002 owned by Kolenski. When it is clicked on, however, it reveals CG 3002 on a different continent owned by Carlos G. Does this happen when countries are switching presidents every other week, or is it a glitch?

Edit: Furthermore, the country in the Elizabeth Region of Lynx Minor has the region number 65 and country number 2528, which belong to Melana Sud and the country I clicked on, respectively.
