Exchange problems(direct trade)

I am have problems with exchanging products(direct trade) with my some of my countrys. Unsure why this is.

Also the newspaper/empire list button is broke and really needs to be looked into.

Exchange has worked after a re iterating the process. For a moment the page would take a moment to load; then load to a blank page with no options.

As for the newspaper/empire details am still having issues.
