Slow war engine (Little Upsilon)

Other pages are loading O.K. The homepage is faster than it was a week ago. Otherwebsites are loading fast. I had my computer scanned for malware.

In addition to taking 5 or 10 minutes to finish an attack it also sometimes doesn't finish at all:
