Missing Boosters! Applied With No Effect!

Hello, I just bought War Protection boosters & enabled them in my countries that didnt have any already, and after I applied them, the war protection disappeared in all the countries I just applied them in. I used the last of my GC for enough WP to last me until the weekend, but now the WP disappeared.

Sounds bad. we need to look into it.
