Sneak Attack Bug

Robert and I were messing around with sneak attacks a few weeks ago and we noticed a bug. In the battle report for the sneak attack, it shows the war level of the attacking country. Even though it doesn't show the name, the war level is often times enough to know who it is.

I would be in favour of changing sneak attacks to limited strikes. The difference being that identity is shown and any weapon system can be used. Just a thought
