Score Penalty Not Wearing Off Properly

Anyone else seeing this? I have multiple entities now, countries and enterprises, that are LOSING score every six months rather than gaining back score from a score penalty from a monthly award. Not only do I not appear to be regaining my score but I appear to be getting an additional penalty applied.

Examples of this can be found in the score graph of the country Candinnalm on LU and the enterprise Aries Group on LU.

Preferably this would be addressed or, at least, explained before the end of the month.

There are many factors in the score.
the score penalty is reduced but other parameters can decline.
game level?
other indexes?

Please review my score graph. Every July and January my score goes down for Candinnalm on LU. All other months my score increases as indexes are increasing and I recently achieved game level 10. Game month is now December. Let's see what happens next game month.

If I knew my current score penalty, it would be nice.

This trend has continued. Again, I have a steady increase in score except for the game months of July and January.

The next update will include a page showing several components of the score, including the award penalty.
