Shuttle Transfers

I'm producing shuttles however they seem to be caught "in limbo". They are not showing up on my direct trade page to trade however I see them in my account. They are not located in any country or enterprise at this point.

I assume it was a delay.
if the problem persists, please let us know.
we currently do not see any problem.
