Trade - market sell

Baradiu, Metaldium and Targon are not selling. i placed many times selling orders on white giant and fearless blue, but stock is not changing. For Metaldium i see selling orders in recent sales, but stock is always the same.
also in Enterprises, at financial report, materials sold on the market is always 0, the graph is not working. Plus, i don't think we get the money from the sales, i don't notice the 1T being added after each month from sales, in Enterprise and Countries. the only thing i notice is from selling weapons, as the weapons maintenance cost is going down
And another bug, selling directly to countries and enterprises sometimes doesn't work. i sold silver and ammo from enterprise to countries. i got the messages, i accepted, but stock didn't change. the next day it worked.

I am not sure what you mean.

I see shortages for Baradium, Metadium and Targon on both FB and WG.

the shortages mean that there are buying orders.

I do not see any current sell orders.

You can see, on the utilization page, that there were offers in the last period but everything was sold very quickly.

we clearly need much more supply of these materials.

Since i posted this message, i tried again selling products on the market because there are shortages and there is money to be made.
in my enterprises i sold coal, carbon, aluminum, copper, lead, lithium, and many more. i don't have much stock but i was able to put sell orders on everithing from those products that i have in stock.
next month i checked the recent sales, everything was sold. i checked my stock, everithing in there.
10,557,565 aluminum
24,277,127 carbon
64,468,475 copper
and so on.
products are not selling, i can't get rid of my products and only income are from dividents and profit payments.
metaldium i have 1.7M in my enterprise, after 10 sell oders i still have 1,7M with no more metaldium incomming. Baradium the same 600k.

i have done further testing with market sells
in my enterprise KGula, i finally managed to sell Metaldium, stock went down from 1.7M to 1.5M and money got in
Baradium selling it's till buggy. demand was about 11k, demand appears as fulfilled, now demand is 46 grams but i still have 600.000 baradium in stock, no transaction record in recent sales.
in my other enterprise "Oxydoor" where i'm hemorrhaging money fron weapons maintenance cost i put on sale more weapons (light artilerry, Missile Interceptor Batteries, Nuclear Defense Batteries, Anti Aircraft Missile Batteries, Chemical Missile Batteries, etc) i only managed to sell Anti Aircraft Missile Batteries worth 245.26B. For other weapons it's showing demand got filled, some even went in green but my stocks are the same as the month before.
i have noticed that the selling is going through if i sell imediately.

Countries and enterprises are selling products all the time, especially when there are shortages on the markets.

I would like to see cases where this is not working and I will look into them.

Please give me the name of the world and enterprise where it happens.
and the products that are on sale and I will look into it.

You should take into account that your sale strategy matters.
if you sell at market price it should sell, provided there are buyers.

Also, there is a limit to the value of products you can sell each game month
but you get a message when you offer the products for sale.

so please give me the details so that I can check and let you know.

and of course, there is no market on Tiny Atlas.

natural resource on TA must be transported to one of the other worlds to be sold.

On White Giant, i am trying to sell products from my enterprises: Oxydoor, Golden Eagle, Foca, KGula.
From there i am trying to sell weapons and mining products because of high stocks and high demand
and mostly selling Electric Power from countries: Bolunda, Phynx, Celentano, Leora, Crasna, Oliora, Merco, Suntera.
And on Fearless Blue i have one enterprise: Negustorul
From here i am also trying to sell weapons

Selling strategy, i am selling at best price and i sell as much as demand.
if there is demand for 26.563 Anti Aircraft Missile Batteries, i am selling 26.500.

i am checking almost every month my sales. in my Enterprise Oxydoor, on the 1st of the month, i noticed all my sell orders dissapeared, then checked recent sales, nothing sold. then checked my stock balance, still same number of weapons.

Now it's the begining of December 5180 on White Giant. on the 2nd of December i had this sell

I finally see that selling Electric Power from countries finally worked and i got money for it and country stock is getting lower. Selling weapons, mining, industrial, farming, food products is sometimes working, sometimes not.
for example, last night i placed orders from enterprise KGula to sell batteries, aluminum, carbon, cattle feed, cement, bread. cement was the first to sell and then only a part of the aluminum. All the orders i pun on for sale in June 5181 got sold in August 5181.
I think the game has a delay or a backlog regarding the market because while i was trying to sell armored vehicles and couldn´t, i moved them to my country, Phynx. in the past 3 day i had 0 armored vehicles stock in enterprise, but i see in recent sales that in August 5181 i sold a lot of them (now septeber 5181).
Baradium selling orders are still not going through, in my enterprise KGula i still have 600.000 in stock. i am trying to sell

Tried to sell some products this morning from my enterprise on WG. Silver and copper sales went through, while baradium, metadium and targon did not.

Try selling half of the demand. i`ve noticed it works better this way. Demand for Baradium was o little over 20.000 and i sold 10.000 and it got sold. When trying selling Metaldium, it worked for 100.000 but didn´t for 300.000 or 333.333. For copper, i think i tried about 10 times until it was finally sold.
Try selling some other stuff if you have stocks piled up and see how that goes

I also wrote you about selling products between your countries. It can be done quickly, using the empire option in the menu.

It takes place immediately.
only few clicks.

doing this by cargo shuttles takes a very long time and requires many many clicks.

About selling between countries, it applies the max spending limit so i sold direcly from Enterprise Oxydoor to country Phnyx. i made about 70 selling orders or drone missiles, precision bombs, fighter missiles. From Phynx i couln't accept the drone missiles as price was increasing (red message appeared) but it worked with fighter missiles and precision bombs (yellow message appeared, will be delivered imediately. i managed to buy the next game months 2 selling offers and after that i could click "accept" for all oders but no actual products were being sold or bought.
The same happened one time when i sold silver from Enterprise KGula to country Bolunda. I sent a sell oder for 20.000 silver 3 times and affter accepting th

I think that the quantities are very large and are exceeding both the purchasing limit and the sale limit.

when you offer a product, you should see the message saying how much can be sold.

did you get such messages?

Yes. I used to place selling orders of different products up to the selling limit depending on demand and available stock. At some point i get the message i can sell x amount this month

I tried writing this info in a HTML table, but it does`t seem to work, i don`t know how the others did it. I keept track of sales in a spreadsheet and here are the results

Most market transactions and other game processing take place between the 1st and 6th of each (game) month. Personally, I only consider figures to be stable and solid after the 7th of each (game) month. Data from 1st-6th shows mismatches because processing is still underway. I only do analysis from the 7th until the end of the (game) month, or the figures get messed up.

Market sell orders might not go through, even when there is high demand, if someone has placed a buy order for product at significantly below market prices. This 'might' account for why only some of the products are selling even when there looks like there is demand.

I wouldn't be surprised if some of the Tiny Atlas Minerals (Baradium, Metadium, and Targon) buy and sell orders aren't being processed correctly. I checked products on Tiny Atlas the other day and

Daniel, i know the market is active between 1-7th of the month. and even though there are very low buying prices that create demand, i am selling at best price. the issue in my enterprises is that i have too many weapons in stock and i might go bankrupt soon. i am tryng to sell them and other products too to keep my finances rolling. but after some game years of selling (and not keeping track of stocks) i have noticed that products are not selling and stocks are the same. that is why i made this topic, i believe there is an issue since the selling limit was introduced. i was away from the game for about a month, i had like 2000T in enterprise and now i`m down to about 500-600T. i am not selling to manipulate prices and close down other factories, i am selling in the demand limit.
i am present in other worlds too and i like to trade between worlds.
if i buy uranium from Fearless Blue and i am not able to sell it on White Giant, what i am sup

You've raised a lot of different issues all at once, it's difficult to keep track of them all and understand what main point you are trying to get across. I'll try to address each one and hope that I hit on the main problem.

1). "even though there are very low buying prices that create demand, i am selling at best price." Best Price means market price, if the player placing the buy order has offered a price below the market price, it won't sell to them.

2). The game has added maintenance cost to weapons stored in Enterprises, to close the loophole where players would avoid weapon maintenance cost completely, by storing weapons in Enterprises.

The month processing and also product trading, both begin on the first of each month.
most transactions originate for the month processing and most product trading takes place while the processing continues.

one day is about 8 minutes.
The month processing takes about an hour. The larger worlds take a little longer.

Orders that are placed after the month processing, wait for the next month.

immediate orders are processed immediately.

Tiny Atlas, has no active market!
This is well documented.

You can trade directly, or sign contracts with others but the regular market is non existent.

Targon, Metadium and Baradium are produced on TA.
They need to be transported to one of the other worlds and can be used there, or can be traded on the markets.

As to orders that are not delivered,
There is always a reason if it happens and it is shown on the screen.

If you did not get the product, you also do not pay for it.

Not having the cash could be the reason for orders not to be executed.

Going over the purchasing or the sales limits is another reason.

the limits are not per order. The limits are for the total amount paid for products in a single game month.

it is in the order of 3 trillion. which is quite large.

So you say it's ok when there is 200M demand for Coal and by selling all my 14M in stock to not sell actually. I don't believe the c3 countries and corporations requiring Coal are bidding under market prices. Same goes with other products, weapons too. From 26,756 demand for AA missile batteries, maybe 5K it's under market price. The next month it's updated and again demand is above 20.000 but I'm not decreasing my stocks. If over supply was available, I would understand.
Other example, RDU units. Demand was 300, I had 200 in stock. Sold 100 first month, demand dropped to 230 the next month, my stock was still 100. Sold again, next month demand was 130, my stock still 100. Sold again 100, next month there was demand for 30, my stock was is still 100. That means selling Rapid deployment units it's not functioning.

Andy, when I sold directly from Enterprise to country, I went to the country trade page and opened the buying page for fighters missiles. It's written there how much I am able to buy in the current month. And according to that number I sold missiles from my enterprise directly to my country. I had about 250T transfered to my country in order to be able to accept those orders so money was not the issue. Plus, then funds are low, I get a notification, cash reserves too low.
It worked for some months, then the other sell orders were like blank. I didn't had the patience to make 100 orders again so I started moving my cargo ships

It sounds like the limitation on the size of sales is the problem.

I asked before,
give me ONE example of a product you try to sell.
I need the name of the world and the country selling the product.

I will then look into it.

As a reference, i have 142,096,583 Coal in stock since at least game year 5179 and over 20 sell oders made so far. Maybe you can find the bug with it.
I tried lowering the selling quantities for electric power, as you said, maybe it's from limitation and instead of selling 40,338,846 (max allowed) i am now selling batches of 30,000,000 and it seems to work.

That coal that i have in stock it's worth 372B without quality effect and about 495B at quality 330. still under the max monthly selling value. i will try again, Oct 5185.
By the way, in recent sales i have logs of coal being sold, May 01 5185, i made no order recently and stock is still the same as it was on fabruary 5183 so those logs are clearly false.

This Coal i am trying to sell on the world market, not to a country.
