Rapid Deployment Units (Golden Rainbow)

I had used rapid deployment units several times in a war I had been fighting, but I tried to drop several more, and they haven't dropped. It has been several days (and yes they are supplied and within range).

Game days Ares? If so, maybe its the Black-Out thing stopping them? though its reported you can land SF during BO. Can you do any other sort of fighting?

No real life days, and yeah, I've been able to fight. I canceled the drops again, and will try again

how many rapid deployment units do you need in a war? Once you have one base you can airlift regular land units.
