False reading on scroll ticker item on map bunch up

the scroll bar has false reading
like up 48mil pop
up 2mil soldiers
when you have a lot of items It all bunch up in the center and have items on top of items
then you cant make units because the bases disappeared
usually the popup don't work so you have to select on map
