Setting Up Units Issue/Idea

As I was setting up some Supply Units and Interceptor Wings, I set them at specific amounts of whatever type of weapons and ammunition. However, after they are created, I click on them then see that the ammo quantities were set to their ordinary ammo quantities, which makes me kinda.....frustrated. If you could fix this, I would appreciate it very much.

Also, I have a feature that should be added, the naming of the units created WHILE they are being set up, it takes some time to name each and every unit. Yes, I know, this belongs in the Suggestions Section, but I already started it here, sue me.

Can someone please tell me some feedback? This problem persists, its quite annoying having to click on every unit and set their units's ammo to the quantity I set, rather from the qualities that were reseted to their original amount. Please consider my idea as well.
