Game Level Drop

Hello,

I'm running NunoBaton Country in Golden Rainbow.

My game level, until today, was level 3.

Today i notice a strong fall in my country score and realized that my game level was back to one.

When i check the requirements to go to level 2, everything is ok except Health Index.

The requirement to go to level 2 is 90, but my index is at 101.85 and as not been under 100 for some game years.

So, is it a bug or am i missing something?

All indexes are an average of your countries individual indexes. Your slave has a Health index of 33 so the average is well below 90 required for game level 2.

You should build many more hospitals in your slave as your cash and workers allow.

Someone can tell me how to Un-register a conquered country?

Simcountry Portal -> Register -> cancel countries

it is war level that does not go down, but only up
