High/Medium Level Workers

Just want to point out that there is still an issue with lack of these worker types, high/medium, preventing employment when all other professionals are available. Candinnalm on LU is a good example of this. Tedious need of constant converting worker types is required to keep full employment. I have stopped doing so and the result is clearly evident in that country. Can a GM take a look please? thanks!

In most cases a systemic shortage of high/medium level workers is caused by the education index being too high.

We'll look into the problem more in-depth though. This does seem happen more than it should.

Garrotte on LU is another good example. About 17 million unemployed low-level workers between them.

We had many changes to the "distribution" of the population in the past and do not want to be trigger happy.

The next update, next week, will have a small reduction in the need for medium and high level workers in some types of corporations.
The numbers will not be compensated by an increase in any other group.

Some changes are in place.
It should increase the number of unemployed medium level workers and high level workers in all countries.

Affected corporations include services, construction, electric power, many weapon producing corporations and more.
