Major Worker Shortages (White Giant)

Well I do not know about the rest of you but the last changes they made have created worker shortages in every country I own, looks like my only option is to start closing Corps, which kind off defeats what they where trying to do...
I do not know why my Senor Doctors, Doctors and Nurses disappeared with them...

Movements between groups of workers have been discussed many times, on the forum and in the game news.

Just in the last week or weeks we have discussed what we do to solve the HLWs problem and the max numbers of workers that can jump groups each game month.

It was discussed countless times before.

Raise the number of workers that WE can convert per month, Tom.

50k workers per month isn't enough to fix a 150k mlw shortage, in an 85m pop country, when 50k mlw move to other professions that aren't needed every month. The best one can hope for is keeping that 150k shortage from getting worse, much less actually correcting it.

Main problem is they changed the number of workers that Ammo factories used, causing shortages of HT Eng, HT Sen, HT Exec, ML managers, LL managers and high level managers.
I had just spent the last 2 game years fixing the last messes, and 100 gold coins...
It appears they also changed the workers for Schools, Colleges and Hospitals further complicating the problem. I have an Educational rating of 115 to 120, have priorities over 150, and still can not keep enough profesionals coming to make up for the losses let alone build more corps, getting swamped with LL Workers.

I was ok on Wednesday morning, with no worker problems and all balanced. Logged back in last night and found 100-200K shortages in worker groups!!
