Earthquakes

This is out of the ordinary. Within the past 2 game years, there have been 5 different earthquakes. Some may have been affecting nearby countries of mine, but this resulted in 7 of my corporations being destroyed/closed within one of my enterprises. I don't think this is typical. I have seen a gradual decrease in corps in both my enterprises on KB, I am providing an example from one of them. I cannot see past two years ago, but I just now thought of the possibility of earthquakes destroying my corps on a regular basis. I used to have a lot more than what I have now, so I suspect it could be possible this has been ongoing. I would like feedback on the frequency of these earthquakes affecting me, because this much damage is unusual.

I've had earthquakes come in clusters over the years. I've even had one or two occasions where two overlapping large earthquakes affected the same country at the same time. The only problem I have is that the newspaper report on the earthquake frequently reports more corps destroyed than actually happen. It looks random, though.

It is weird, the inconsistency. Still is a lot though...

And it seems to be more.... looking at my number of corps in each of my enterprises on KB, I'd say I lost close to a hundred corps between the two of them within a matter of a few game years. I can't be for certain since the graphs only go back two years, but I had much more in corps since then. Unprecedented.

Well, another 4 just bit the dust. You know, I noticed something else to, it seems that these earthquakes are targeting my higher level corps. You know, like ammunition components, shuttle parts, HT products... nothing really low tech.

Very strange...........

Could be. The "gods" do not find favor in our people.
