Is that in your CEO? When corps get low on cash an automatic transfer takes place to keep them from borrowing money.

My country does the same thing. I get the cash amount positive then next game month it goes negative by about 2t. I am about ready to stop playing this game because of it.

The profit listed in the ceo sadly is not what you get. I'm starting a test today to help show that. :/

Check your country purchases, country constantly purchases supplies for you and your citizens. If that's the problem, in order strategies, change everything from any to 120 and it'll help a bit.

If your country is New Cambria on LU then your employment is really low.
Build some high profit corps, make sure you have 100% of needed workers. You'll need a lot of HTE and HTS as the corps upgrade so adjust your ed priorities if needed.
Then get your indices up, your welfare index is also low.

In addition to the good advise by John and Chadwick
you should look into the details of the financial report.
It shows where the money comes from and where it goes.
you learn quickly what is wrong.
Also, if you want us to look into it, we need the name of the world/country and if it is a corporation or an enterprise, also there, names help us find it.
Money does not disappear.
there are many reasons for cash to change, you just need to learn how to become profitable.

If you look around, you will find many many countries that are making great profits each game month.
many enterprises do the same.
If your country does not, than it is not working as it should.
there are many people here who will be happy to help, and if you put a question to the gamemaster, including the name of the world and country and what the problem is, you will get an answer.
The game is not trivial, you need to understand some basic things
but it is not that difficult either.
