House prices within country

why isn't my Average Yearly Price Increase 0.00% , not showing the exact percent increase off house prices. while the price value window shows the houses are increasing in price?

The Country housing feature is currently underdeveloped. It has little practical effect on the country. It is largely there as a flavour element, and as a placeholder feature, to be expanded when the game developers have enough time and resources.

you are right except for one thing.

The computation of housing value is influenced by spending of the population on construction.

Most of the "construction" produced by the construction corporations is used for new homes and maintenance of existing homes.

It is part of the economic model but at this time, many of the details and the exact spending is not shown.
