Nothing new, Just doesn't function at all

War Treaty
As a member of a federation, you can decide to declare war automatically on anyone who declares war on any of the federation members. This is done to avoid delays in war declarations. If war is declared on a member of the federation and other members only discover that a day later, they will not be able to help actively in the first day of the war. With war treaties, the declaration is immediate, and war will start at the same time for all the participating countries. War treaties are secret.

Either this document is misleading, or the war engine has been completely abandoned. How does a country change federation 1 month before his active war begins and immediately starts receiving Air defense from fed mates without them being active in a war. From experience, it was not always like this.

Seriously, Fix the war engine. Like What is the end goal for the game? A sim city? I can download an app for that with awesome graphics. Give the game some personality and not just clicks and renewed subscription.

Wait, what? Federations can be updated at any time to lend air defense. In many ways, the attacker has an advantage, choosing the time, place, and manner of the war. The ability for other players to respond to this is not unbalanced.

In fact, you can offer military access to countries that are not in your federation, allowing them to locate units nearby ahead of the time, to make and necessary federation adjustments later. Federations have a major limitation in country limit. It's not a player limit. It's not an empire limit. Some flexibility in allowing changes to a sudden crisis is warranted.

The other change you want is to make countries be at war to offer fed air defense, but, again, it's never been this way. A change of this type would prevent many plater from the social game at all, as they could do nothing to contribute to a federation if they were under war level 3.

The attacker has many advantages that you overlook. Suggesting game changes to further weaken the ability of players to mount a defense doesn't make sense. Heck, where are your own allies for that matter?

Edit: This is how wars actually work. I did not declare war. If you are not at war, you can lend federation air defense, but you cannot launch attacks.
