Exchanging workers does not work

Hi everyone,

I have a small issue with my country on KB. My main country is called Republic of Selene, and I have recently conquered a C3 to strip it from its resources. That country is called Selenic Territories.

According to the rules, a country can transfer up to 200,000 workers a month to another country within your empire (or up to 400,000 if the order is commenced from a country with more than 20 million inhabitants). As far as now, this has always worked.

This month, however, I get a message that says that workers cannot be moved between the countries. I have tried this also with numbers of workers far below the maximums. Is there something that I am overlooking?

Is the C3 below 5M pop? You can't transfer pops below that.

No, the conquered C3 has now 9M :-) and my main country has 47M

I've noticed the months are kind of in overlap until about the 9th - it thinks it's the old month in some ways. Maybe try again after that, if you haven't? Or try next month?

Yes, I waited for another month, and then it worked again. It just wasn't working in that month following the calendar pause we have every day :P
