We did receive messages at the time and we have fixed the problem quite quickly.
We found out that the problem was caused by very large scale space transports.
We have resolved the problem by moving the entire function, including the portal, to a much faster server.
Another update will take place in the coming weeks.
That upgrade will optimize the way shuttles are processed and reduce the amount of processing needed for space transports.
