Navigating fleets is really unwieldy. (Kebir Blue)

I find it difficult to send fleets where I want them. In the initial zoomed-in picture, it's difficult to tell where in the world I'm looking at. The countries and continents aren't labeled at all, and the way the map moves around when I click on the arrows is disorienting because I can't really tell where one continent ends and another begins. Then, I zoom way out so I can see the world, and I can't order fleets around from that picture because it tells me I clicked on land/shallow water even when I'm clicking in the middle of the ocean. Further, though I could zoom out, I can't zoom back in :/ The entire interface is just clunky.

Please consider making it more intuitive.
