Missing game reward for game level

On July 9, JUST before the downtime, Around 9 pm east, i finaly transfer enough cash from my fearless blue world to my little upsillon world to get the level 3 reward.

Just as the month refreshed, the game went down for several hours.

As i logged back in , i realised that i did not gained the 50 gc promised for level 3.

The empire name with the missing level 3 game reward is with the leader Yco on little upsillon.

Its happened to me before. You should be goody

yhea no doubt that combining the mega downtime with me hitting game level 3 can cause bug. i dont mind bugs if they get fixed.


The thing is that i have an enterprise that will need the gold coins soon to stay open , so i hope for a semi-swift resolution of this problem.

It's really easy to spot ive missed game level 3 rewards if you look at the very detailed history of my gold coins..

I feel your pain, but don't hold your breath, you will turn blue waiting. I advised of a problem back on 3 November 2016. Jonni replied on 9 November 2016 that they will look into the problem right away and correct it.

I am still waiting.
