If you have credit card record showing a payment from that date, please copy the relevant lines and mail us.
we will then have OGONE look into it and fix.

We had once a problem several years ago and left that company.
we had never a problem like this working with OGONE and Paypal.

please check if the money was indeed taken from your account.

gold coins were given for each payment.

It was a gift card and yes 72 bucks are gone I would not have said anything if I did not check the balance

I suggest you mail us with any other details, you
have, including the type of the card and the way you used it:
Paypal or the credit card page.

I also advise you to ask your card provider what happened.
we do not have these transactions and did not receive any of it.
We also never receive any card numbers or other card details as all transactions take place through Paypal or Ogone. we do not have or store any card info at all.

If you used a prepaid gift card from the United states you should look on the back. Most prepaid cards are good only for domestic use. They don't allow you to purchase anything in a foreign country.
