Corporation closed for no apparent reason

On WG in my country Boldihr a Building Materials corp was closed for no apparent reason and without warning.
The news message that states "has been closed because the market value and utilization are too low and the corporation is making losses" makes no sense to me.
The corp was not low on supplies, had no debt and the product has a severe shortage with the price at it's max. Also there are enough workers to fully staff it.
I think I would have noticed the red dot on the corp page if it was there.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone looked into this and explain what happened.

Sometimes this happens if corporations have not sold their goods in a long time or if the corporation mass buys to many materials in one month.

My recommendation is that you check my buying/selling strategies.

I just checked your nation and your monthly buying is very low.
I suggest you sell and buy all your products at best price until you have a strong economy in the country. You run 80% of market value with a 7% increase. That means after 3 months your having to buy 12-18 months of materials if your on a 12 month strategy. If your waiting a long time for materials because their in short suplly its possible to see your corporation auto buy 30+ months causing bankruptcy.

My educated guess says overbuying on monthly of materials is the likely cause of the closure. Might want to check your strategies.

They don't close for no reason but conditions can change quickly and the corporation is gone before you have time to intervene.

Happened to me too.

The next upgrade, tomorrow, will move the limits check back a bit and reduce the chance of closings.

Whatever is going on is still happening as I just lost 2 more profitable corps.

The corporation were closing for a problem but we have found that the system is a bit too happy to close and moved the conditions back.
After the last update last Tuesday, closings have been reduced.

I hope that the problem is resolved.

I've got the same problem.
Two of very profitable Country Controlled Public Corporations has been closed.
Before they close, there isn't a sign on the corporations list showing that the corporation has a single problem.
the problem hasn't shows on the page of the corporation itself.
