This will give Magus some time to plan a strong defense.
If the president of Magus is not available and does not log in, the automatic defense system will perform the defense in the best way it can.
Magus is at War Level 3.
If you want to fight another President, please pick an empire with War Level 5.

This dose not make sense it says you can, then it says you can't.
Has anyone else run into this situation?

If the president of The Independent State of Cobonetta is not available and does not log in, the automatic defense system will perform the defense in the best way it can.
The Independent State of Cobonetta is at War Level 3.
If you want to fight another President, please pick an empire with War Level 7 to 9.
Note: Aggressive Empires can be attacked at War Level 6!

There is a way to bypass this and fight presidents on fearless blue who are @ war level 3 and above message me ingame and i'll reveal how!
