Professional soldiers are drawing a salary, and they shouldn't

I replaced all my soldiers with professionals. From the game docs, professional soldiers "do not count as part of the army of any country and the soldiers and officers do not receive any salary."

My drafted officers and soldiers number 0. So, who is still drawing a salary of $71 million, as identified in my cash log? It appears I am double paying for my pros, when I purchased them with coins, and now they are drawing a monthly salary.

Andy, you were slow to respond to this, and I had other needs for those pros than one that DID NOT WORK. I emailed you about this. This can be easily replicated in ANY country that you replace drafted soldiers with pros. Just look at cash flow after you replace them, notice you have no drafted soldiers and your pros even just manning your deployed forts, and you will have payments to soldier salaries.

I figured out that the situation might have changed.

I have never seen an example where professionals are drawing salary.

there could be a case, where drafted soldiers, in a small number are hired automatically even when you want to replace them by professional.
This, if it happens, would be an error in the procedure that replaces drafted staff by professionals and not reporting them.
I would really like to see such a case any time you bump into one and I will try to be faster.

There is no code in Simcountry to computed the salaries of professionals.
