Arma II Troopers?

IF THERE'S A C3 WITH NO STATE OR NATIONAL CORPS THEY DO NOT HAVE THE 20 DAMAGE POINTS AVAILABLE. That's right, you now need to bomb every single city and the capital and some bases/forts to take it over instead of the corps. Why?

To clarify: declare war on a C3 with a full private industry, you'll see what I mean.

You should have been in chat last night for my pvp war. There is a bigger problem. Fight a large pop country with no state corps, you can destroy every single city, fort, base, county, and town and not have the points you need to win.

This happened on 2 of the 5 countries I warred. Of those two, one of them I had to wait for them to rebuild and destroy all targets again. The other, I had to destroy all targets three times.

I had the smae issue on a C3 i took on FB. There where no corps but it still got the WI points

Yeah that's a known issue. You need to check out in advance and not declare if a C3 doesn't have state corps. But I have an even worse experience: A C3 that had one state corp on the country page but when I started the war it appeared in the WI screen that it had no state factories! Even though there was one and I destroyed it as well! This has happened to me three times already and my best guess is that they were very recent factories that somehow weren't "registered" yet. Anyway this is a major problem as it doubles the cost of the raid (more MRMissiles if you have to take out every city)
