Corp upgrades not ordered

I noticed this on WG in my empire.

On the Upgrade page there are upgrades shown as pending. On the Orders page no orders for upgrades are listed.

Seems strange that this would happen in every country at the same time.

The upgrades for corporations are historically strange products.

They are ordered automatically if you have automatic upgrading on.
it will stop if you stop the automatic upgrading.

You cannot manually purchase these products.
this is why they are not showing on the orders page.
