Purchased Products but did not recieve Products

"On the Products in stock; buy and sell" page I made a purchase of Production Plants. I knew the number I had and ordered accordingly adding +1 to achieve an even number. The "Recent Purchases" page correctly shows the Purchases executed Apr 01 3165. Yet I still have the same number I had prior to the order.

I suspect something similar happened with a previous purchase of 1 Production Plant that correctly shows as being executed on Mar 01 3165.

However the number of Plants I have, has remained the same after both orders executed and took my cash. Unfortunately I have nothing to show for the spent cash.

I would much appreciate this being looked into.

For now only a wild guess: You talking about a Country my first guess would be someone built a Corp in your country?

The number was a bit more significant than what a single Corporation can account for, but No. This is from my Enterprise, RageFury Inc on White Giant.

I don't think a fellow player is going to be able to help me here, but I do thank you for your interest. What I bought and what is shown to have been purchased on my "Recent Purchases" Page, was not added to what I have in stock. While at the same time, my Cash was docked the cost of the purchase.
My current stock of the product should have risen by no less than 31, for that last order. It did not and it is shown to have executed and now the order no longer exists. I am not concerned with the Single order of 1. However the order of 31 was a bit more significant...

Check you log. all orders are logged.
if you did not receive it, the order will be open. If you paid, you received.

We do not have any such thing in Simcountry as an order that was paid for and not received.
It simply impossible and does not exist. never did.

now we added a log and you did not look into it.
Plants are used when you build corporations.

I did look at the log, In fact I quoted 2 dates from it. It was the first place I looked, did you not read what I stated above?

I have had 999 Production Plants for some time now. I have bought 1, 31 and 1 again of Production Plants and that number of 999 remains. Each time the The "Recent Purchases" page (where this log you speak of is located that I have quoted 2 dates from above)says the order has executed, the order does disappear and my cash is docked accordingly. Each time this has happened with the last 3 orders of Production Plants, I still have 999 Production Plants showing on my "Products in stock; buy and sell" page. You should be able to verify this easily.

You cannot build 31 Corporations in 1 month change, which is when my Plant orders executed according to the log date I quoted. THAT is simply not possible and does not explain why my 31 purchased Plants are not showing. Read my second post in this t

By the way, right now, my Enterprise has 4 New Corporations and I STILL have 999 Production Plants.

there was a limit of 2000
it is increased today to 3000.

I could not find anything strange with the 999.

Andy, I tried to buy 1 again and the order executed September 1st, 3170. Unfortunately I still have 999 Plants.

andy,i to have tried to buy weapons and was charged and weapons were not delivered. I am on the empire of oxa una and the grand state of libress in gr.

I will look again into the production plants.

andy,i bought some weapons in the empire of denise sol on gr and I was charged but on weapons were not put in stock.220 defensive missile batts,150 missile intercept batts,110 anti aircraft missile batts .transaction was on sept 01 3255.plese check it out .this has happened before. thanks

All weapons you order are either delivered or wait for delivery if there is a shortage.

if the money is taken, the delivery takes place.

the payment and delivery are done in a single operation and there is no way for one to take place and the other to fail.
The delivery of the weapons is done first, followed immediately by the payment.

You need to check deliveries of weapons to your military units. If units are not fully supplied, weapons and ammunition will be delivered to them automatically once these become available.

This can cause confusion as you do not see the delivered weapons and ammo, they are part of your units.

Yes I cannot get above 999. The sale goes through and I lose the cash, but the product never shows in my inventory.
