Conventional missile batteries (Kebir Blue)

Seriously, why cant I just sell my conventional missile batteries on the world market? Why do I have to sell them in space? They go for something ridiculous like 8 Billion for one and my country needs the money.

They're too big to transport on the ground.

It makes much more sense to load them on a space shuttle and then burn millions of tons of fuel to blast the shuttle out of your planet's gravitational field so that the president of the country next to you can load the battery on to his or her shuttle and then fly back down to the planet and land 100 km away from where the missile battery was originally stored.

You can still direct sale or contract them to countries can't you?

Send a direct trade proposal of them to 'brick lane' on KB if you need to get rid of them for the money.
