A situation arose due in part to leaving this automation option on (I left it on because I thought it may be useful and reduce micro management)
In preparation to moving all my state corps to my CEO, i reduced all corps to 10% to lower value for a lower P/E.
It seems this automation option caused MANY of my high tech staff, managers etc to convert to low level workers after the huge spike in unemployment.
I assume this isn't working at intended.
Otherwise, just a word of warning to others
