Frozen Shuttles

having trouble with Shuttles - have about 14 that frozen, with and without cargo Country Roost on LU and Zanti Tower I on FB Thanks Adrian

I am in fact happy it became active again.
not happy with the reason but it alerted us to this situation.

Shuttles are moving in large numbers.

We have checked the function and recent logs and found everything to work correctly.

The numbers of shuttles moving around is very large.

This can cause delays for users who are trying to move more products than possible with the number of cargo shuttles they own.

I assume you currently have no problems.

I am not excluding the possibility that at the time there was a problem for several hours.

I have now found out that the huge numbers of shuttles moving, created very large detailed logs and these were kept for many days.
these large logs accumulated to a level that at one point made the processing stop.
processing is intensive and runs all the time to keep moving the shuttles.

I have in the mean time much reduced the number of logs kept online and the problem disappeared.
