Lenpent is becoming a problem. I think we seriously need to look into IP banning or preventing players from posting for the first few days with the exception of the beginners forum.

I know it seems restrictive but preventing a player from posting in any section of the forums expect the beginners within the first 48-72 hours of an accounts creation would allow us to limit problems like this.

Also the GM should look at some form of Multi monitoring. You for example are always on the forums, I'm assuming it wouldn't be hard you do each day to do a manual check of the IP.
A simple program that would list any mult accounts. If we keep repulsing lenpent for long enough the desire for him to pull his "humor" wouldn't be worth it.

His jokes are not even funny, not even as an "inside joke". It's just plain obnoxious and idiotic

I do no see any problem now.
We have many ways to handle it
