Stop this

i don't have a shortage in any professionals or workers ( have a lot of unemployed) and a gain the professionals moving to workers with huge numbers and hospitals closing.
please fix this function or remove it, we can't play

I looked into your countries and there were shortages.
I mailed you about High Tech Engineers. There were 0 available.

Other groups also had more needed than available.
the other country had only one group short.
Please check and tune priorities.

also, make sure you have LLWs.

if your education is creating many professionals. more that the number of LLWs you have, LLWs will go to zero and can trigger shifts in the number of workers.

We seem to have more of this in the past two weeks.

thanks for reply but in know all of these. my problem is not the shortage of any thing but is the movement of huge number of professionals to workers without any reason. you told to me you have a shortage in x group but note that this shortage come from the problem that i need to solve it. again when i reach a balance after a few months and without any shortage and a good number of unemployed for all group, the problem appear and convert a lot of professionals to workers and making a shortage you talking a bout it.

Can you let me know if you have any remaining problems of workers movements?

if yes, I would like to see exactly where and I will look into it.
