Weird map issue

I logged in today like normal and everything was ok you know my country is still on a rocky road to recovery, but anyways I noticed something on my map! When I zoomed in I saw these weird things and thought maybe it's my screen, but it wasn't. Has anyone seen these on their map before?

I'm assuming you mean those squiggly lines on the sea?
Those are giant sea snakes that require human sacrifices.

On a serious note. They are visual artifacts related to the map generation.
