Unwanted New Corporations

ChooseB had this issue too. I took a new country, disabled auto corporation building, and boom, tons of new corps being built.

See Harlequin on FB. I have 7 new ones within a game year of taking the country. Waste of money and disregard for my settings.

GM - not worried about this particular country, but please fix this.

Looking into your country to see what is going on. Will post when I know more.

My guess is my country was short on construction (it was newly conquered). Even still - it had enough cash to cover the cost of construction so it shouldn't be reducing salaries.

This is still an issue. Garrotte on LU is building corps on its own despite my settings. Get a message that high debt is a cause but the country has no debt and a very high cash level.
