GM create new corp even when automated build is off

This is annoying. Conquered C3, cleaned out what I could, then took a break, 12 days into the new month I came back to collect the closed corp cash and theres a new corp built even though I turned that automatic feature off.

Double checked to be sure.

Game glitch needs to be fixed

If you bring a country to the brink of bankruptcy and unemployment is at a very high level, it will build new corporations.

sad, can't there be at least a slightly longer delay? Normally I get right on after the turn of the month to take the rest of the cash/transfer pop - then cancel country from my account. But I think this happened on the 12th day of the new month.

HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO WRECK HAVOC IF THE SC GODS ALWAYS SAVE THE SC PEOPLE? (jk)

I'd like a delay so I can loot a bit more cash

The repairing functions are not fast. They take many months to restore profitability in failed countries.

HAVOC is great but I do not see how it is related to the automatic, slow motion, repair functions.
