Absurd Exploit: War Paiting failure

World: White Giant
Countries: "Eye Island" ; "The Hidden"

These two countries are literally impossible to take.
Last 10 WI points that should be taken down by painting the country will never work. Max areas you can paint are 11, and the WI stops at 4.5 points. Remaining areas are not being shown on the map or greyed. Hence, impossible to conquer.


We have been discussing this by emails. After debugging it properly and deeply you already admitted that they are indeed impossible to take.


That clarified, we were talking about possible solutions until I stop receiving replies on Feb 21, 2014.

Possible solutions:
1 - Cancel the country and pay a compensation to current owner.
2 - Fix the bug, so anyone could conquer the country.

player while these countries are in our hands they CANT BE EXPLOITED by other reckless players who might cause harm by using those said countries to take others countries and cause them to leave simcountry!

There are several countries in Simcountry that are very hard to conquer.
there were several more and we have removed them from the game once they had no president.

Some other areas were unusable. This happened when the original world maps were generated and gradually, they were excluded from the game.

These countries can be damaged and virtually destroid.
We do not see much of an exploit here as they are punished harshly if they attack someone who is capable of desroying them.

There was even a proposal here to change the rules and make all "main countries" impossible to conquer.

These countries will remain in this way for ever.
if we happen to see that they are unused, we will remove them from the game.

We have different point of view unfortunately. Attacking someone knowing it will be impossible for you to lose your country, its not fair at all. Current game rules says you can protect your assets through secured mode or war protection, not due to map generation bugs.

Also, by punishment.... I threw at him more than 15 nuclear bombs and all he lost were 600k in population. The targets in most cases were not damaged cities and the capital (not damaged a couple times too). War Damage in SC$ is too low.

I am completely shocked you dont consider this a bug.

I did not say it is correct.
I just said it is a fact of life in Simcountry where one or two countries cannot be conquered.

They can be destroyed, and after being destroyed once, they will think twice about engaging themselves in more wars.

You can also damage Russia but you cannot conquer it.
you can conquer the Krim.

there are more exceptions in our real world than in Simcountry.
