Is anyone having problems with the log in page
its not loading properly for me.

No issues here. You might want to say whether mobile or pc. What browser you are using. Also, if you are using one thing, mobile/pc or chrome/firefox/etc, try something else.

we did not see any of it.

All I can say is I logged in all weekend from the phone on my samsung phone from their internet application and it worked.

Is there an app for the game?

There is a Simcountry app both on Iphone and on Android.

The app is incomplete but it allows you to use most functions.
fighting a war is not possible as you need a large screen.
