Account Extension

I just spent $36 to extend my account 9 months. All of my enterprises and extra empires expired today even though they all had a longer time. I never had this happen before. Is this normal? I feel like I've been cheated out of my money. I just spent $36 to extend my membership and now need to spend another $24 worth of gc to extend all of my stuff that had time left. If this is the case to be honest I want my money back and I am quitting. This is not fair. I love this game. I've put hundreds of hours and dollars into this game building my empires. ( and will spend more on gc over time if this is taken care of ) I've invested gc into building a 109 mining corporation enterprise on TA in order to sell metadium and baradium on off world markets to keep things stable. I want this game to thrive but things just seem to be getting worse.

I just want an answer. Has this happened to anyone else? Is this normal?

Extending your membership takes $ 4 per month.
It extends your main empire on one world. The empire can have as many countries as you want.

$ 36 extends it for 9 months and gives you extra gold coins.

Simcountry, for $ 4 per month, is a very low cost game and we did not raise the cost for many years, or ever.

if you have more empires, on other worlds, it takes 30 gold coins per month, per world. enterprises too.

There is no need to keep multiple empires or enterprises.

In addition, going up the game levels, gives you gold coin awards and there are over 100 gold coin awards every month.

I wanted to make a public apology on my complaint. I didn't notice that I couldn't extend my empires/enterprises beyond my account expiration date at the time. So I wasn't "cheated out of my money". That was my own misobservation and I am sorry.

It is not a very easy structure to understand.

Andy, you should make it clearer where to go to extend extra empires and CEOs, because I have to spend 10 minutes looking for it every time.
