Base not showing on the map

So I decided i'm going to slowly enter the military game. I immediately bought a offensive Air base and a offensive ground base. The air base is now on my map but the ground base is not. When I goto change icons it tells me the base is on the map but I can not see it.

It's starting to piss me off

Talk to me for garrison and defensive info, as well as strategic weaponization. Aries knows everything about offensive.
