Award not recieved (Little Upsilon)

This is an E-mail message to and from the GM concerning the Level award.
now by all math Feb7 to March7 is 28 Days. march 7th to march 9th is 2 days

28 plus 2 = 30
the following is the Email and still no awards and with the proper documentation.

I am sorry about it but it is impossible to intervene in the way days are counted.

According to our system, with 28 days in February,

7 Feb to 7 March is 28 days. To 8 of March it is 29 days.

Hi,

Normally it takes several hours.

If you do not get it, you either did not really get to that level or you have purchased a country or enterprise within the last month or so and received a message about it.

If this is not the case, please let me know.

i Made level 4 Two days ago and have not recieved the Level Award.. how long before i see the Goin Coins?

Is it possible you made lvl 4 in February and then drop back to lvl 3?

No, I Held off building the 100th corp until March 9th. When that Corp was completed I went to level 4 .
However I did Make Level 4 on the 30th DAY
