Awards Question

I am still two weeks in the game, and I have manage to propel my country to Rank #8 in Little Upsilon - however, I am not receiving any form of awards. I just to want to ask for clarifications.

1. I have reached the ranked of 24 last week (Wednesday) and right now, I am rank number 8. I dont know if I really understood the manual so I'll ask, when exactly do you start receiving awards? I want those gold coins because I want to speed up my asset requisition, buy some permanent space stations and start up my enterprise.

2. My country is 12 days old in the game and my country is still full of "beginner's aide and bonuses". With this in mind, am I entitled - am I even allowed to earn Gold Coin rewards in the first place?

Rather than typing up a book, it is best I refer you to documentation -> game features -> score and awards. The answers to your questions, and more, can be found there. As far as your world rank, this is not uncommon, as rankings have simply become a method of passing out gold coins. It is not a good measure of game power or skill. The section "award winning limitations" will explain.

With game rankings not pushing players to high levels of game achievement, I recommend setting your own goals to be successful. The game will not challenge you, you must challenge yourself if you wish to be more than an average player. At your early stage in game play, your goal would ideally be finding reliable sources of income to gradually replace and exceed the various Beginner Bonuses.
